Make a difference in a child’s life. Become a CASA Volunteer.
A “CASA” (Court Appointed Special Advocate) is a community volunteer who is appointed by a juvenile court judge to advocate for the best interests of a child who has experienced abuse or neglect. Prior to being appointed to a case, CASA volunteers go through a screening process and a minimum of 30 hours of pre-service training. Volunteers are required to be at least 21 years of age and commit to 10-15 hours a month to their volunteer work.
